6:00pm Registration & Warm-Up on your own
7:00pm Session 1 – Concert Band Rehearsal & Reading Session
9:00pm End of Reading Session
9:30pm Evening Social Event– No additional cost.  Will be held at local hotel.  There will be beverages and finger foods.  Come out and join us - connect with old friends and make some new ones!

8:00am Late Registration and Warm-Up on your own
8:30am Session 2 – Jazz Band Rehearsal
10:00am Break, Coffee and Refreshments
10:30am Session 3.1 – Concert Bands Separate Rehearsals in Theatre & Music Room
10:30am Session 3.2 – Jazz Band Rhythm Sectionals in Room 309
12:00pm Lunch Break – on your own
1:30pm MINI PERFORMANCE: Ottoni (Bathurst Community Brass Quintet)
2:00pm Session 4.1 – Jazz Band Rehearsal in Theatre
2:00pm Session 4.2 – Brass, Woodwind, Percussion Sectionals in Music Room &    
     Classrooms [To work on parts of music for concert and/or network about playing
     techniques, routines, etc. with others]
3:30pm Break, Coffee and Refreshments
4:00pm Session 5 – Concert Band Combined Rehearsal
5:00pm End for the Day
5:15pm Pizza & Beverages Provided on-site

Saturday Evening Social Event 2019
Big Band Dance featuring the Phantom Jazz Band and special guests who wish to join us for some or all of the tunes.  Please register if attending this event.  Open to the public ($15 per ticket) as well.  To be held at Bathurst Marina (1555 Queen Elizabeth Drive – turn right at the end of Youghall Dr.) with cash bar and snacks.

Sunday, Sep 29th, 2019
8:30am Warm up on your own
9:00am Session 6 – Brass, Woodwind, Percussion Sectionals in Music Room & Classrooms
10:00am Break, Coffee and Refreshments
10:30am Session 7 – Final Rehearsal for Finishing Touches Prior to Finale Concert
11:30am Lunch Break – on your own
12:45pm Arrive for Concert, warm up on you own and tune up
1:15pm Doors Open, Audience find their seats
1:30pm Bathurst Band Fest Finale – Public Performance – BHS Theatre
2:30pm End of Concert and Dismissal
