CHORAL FEST FEES & REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
We are now accepting registrations from community and school singers who are interested in attending Bathurst Choral Fest with the price structure outlined below.  The final deadline to register is Sep. 19.  Please click on the link below for the Online Registration Form to send your response.  All information submitted is kept strictly confidential.  Written receipts can be provided upon request during the event before you leave to go home.

Registration fees for the weekend are as follows:
  • Individual NB Band Association (NBBA) members receive an additional $15 off their Band Fest fee PLUS $5 off their big band dance ticket.  Attendees from a registered NBBA Ensemble member will receive $5 off their big band dance ticket.  BECOME AN NBBA MEMBER TODAY BY CLICKING HERE.
  • $95 - Regular Registration Fee
  • $75 - Additional Family Member Regular Registration
  • ​$65 - Post-Secondary Student (Full, Part-time, or Online)
  • FREE - Middle & High School Students

What's Included: Your registration fees help us cover the costs of: purchasing and distributing sheet music, nutrition breaks, 2 lunches, conductor and clinician costs, rehearsal venue costs, performance venue costs, social events, and prizes.

Important Fee Notes: 
  • Registration fees do NOT cover the cost of meals on your own or accommodations for the weekend.
  • Registration fees do NOT include the cost of a souvenir Choral Fest tee shirt.  Pre-ordering a shirt is no longer necessary as we will have them on-site for direct purchase.  Cost for a shirt is $25.
  • The Big Band Dance/Cabaret on Saturday night is age 19+ and NOT included in the registration fee. 
    • Tickets for that event will be $25 each and will be for sale ahead of time and at the door while supplies last.
    • Phantom Jazz members and other selected players in the band that night do NOT require a ticket. 
  • You may use the below payment methods to make a separate payment for the dance/cabaret or combine with your weekend registration fee.
OPERATIONS & CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
​​Suggested but NOT mandatory:​
  • Wearing a face mask at any time is not mandatory but, you may do so at your discretion.
  • If you are not feeling well, PLEASE STAY HOME!
  • You are welcome to physically distance yourself as much as possible during rehearsals at your comfort level.

Option 1: Payment by E-Transfer [PREFERRED]
  1. Please fill out Bathurst Choral Fest's online registration form here.
  2. Log in to your personal online banking service using your own username and password.
  3. Locate the transfers area and select e-Transfer.
  4. Remember: some banks may charge a small fee for sending e-transfers.
  5. Add a new recipient.  Please send your payment to Bathurst Band Fest by using this e-mail address  bathurstbandfest@gmail.com
  6. Make sure your name and e-mail address are correct.  If they are not, you will need to update your online banking information.
  7. Select the account, the amount you wish to transfer, and a security question.
  8. TAKE NOTE!  The funds should be accepted automatically, however, if prompted to set a security question, please make sure the answer to your security question is always: bathurstnb (no capital letters, no spaces).
  9. Click send, review the details, and click confirm.
  10. You should receive a confirmation e-mail from your bank when the funds are accepted by Jeff MacQuarrie and the transfer is complete.

Option 2: Payment by Cheque

  2. Write personal cheques payable to the Bathurst Community Concert Band.
