BAND SCHEDULE

The schedule for the Bathurst Band Fest weekend will continue to be updated as we tweak final details.  The "BAND SCHEDULE LINK" below will contain a more detailed schedule with the most up-to-date information.
SCHEDULE @ A GLANCE
  • Fri. Sep. 25 (evening) >> check-in; first rehearsals; social time
  • Sat. Sep. 26 (full day) >> late check-in and various rehearsals & workshops throughout the entire day
  • Sat. Sep. 26 (noon) >> lunch provided + Maritime Winds spotlight concert
  • Sat. Sep. 26 (evening) >> supper on your own; Big Band Dance [8:00-10:30pm]
  • Sun. Sep. 27 (morning) >> final rehearsals and concert prep
  • Sun. Sep. 27 (noon) >> lunch provided + dress for concert
  • Sun. Sep. 27 (2:00pm) >> Final Concert for all musicians before departing for home
