SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

The schedule for the Bathurst Band Fest weekend will continue to be updated as we tweak final details.  The "BAND FEST SCHEDULE LINK" below will contain more details schedule with the most up-to-date information.
SCHEDULE @ A GLANCE
  • Fri. Sep. 26 (evening) >> check-in; first rehearsals; social time
  • Sat. Sep. 27 (full day) >> late check-in and various rehearsals throughout the entire day
  • Sat. Sep. 27 (noon) >> lunch provided + mini concert by members of Backyard Brass [Fredericton]
  • Sat. Sep. 27 (evening) >> supper on your own; free intro swing dance lesson + Big Band Dance [7:00-10:00]
  • Sun. Sep. 28 (morning) >> final rehearsals and concert prep
  • Sun. Sep. 28 (noon) >> lunch provided + dress for concert
  • Sun. Sep. 28 (1:00pm) >> Finale Concert for all musicians and dancers before departing for home
