SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

The schedule for the Bathurst Band Fest weekend will continue to be updated as we tweak final details.  The "DANCER SCHEDULE LINK" below will contain the details schedule with the most up-to-date information.
SCHEDULE @ A GLANCE
  • Fri. Sep. 27 (evening) >> social & free dance time at Aspire Performing Arts Studio for dancers only
  • Sat. Sep. 28 (full day) >> check-in and various sessions throughout the entire day
  • Sat. Sep. 28 (noon) >> lunch provided + mini concert by members of Backyard Brass (Fredericton)
  • Sat. Sep. 28 (supper) >> supper on your own; free intro swing dance lesson + Big Band Dance [7:30-11:30]
  • Sun. Sep. 29 (morning) >> final sessions and concert prep
  • Sun. Sep. 29 (noon) >> lunch provided + dress for concert
  • Sun. Sep. 29 (1:00pm) >> Finale Concert for all musicians and dancers before departing for home
