SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

The schedule for the Bathurst Band Fest weekend will continue to be updated as we tweak final details.  The "DANCER SCHEDULE LINK" below will contain the details schedule with the most up-to-date information.
SCHEDULE @ A GLANCE​
  • Sat. Sep. 27 (full day) >> late check-in and various rehearsals & clinics throughout the entire day
  • Sat. Sep. 27 (noon) >> lunch provided + mini concert
  • Sat. Sep. 27 (evening) >> supper on your own; free intro swing dance lesson + Big Band Dance [7:30-10:30]
  • Sun. Sep. 28 (morning) >> final rehearsals and concert prep
  • Sun. Sep. 28 (noon) >> lunch provided + dress for concert
  • Sun. Sep. 28 (2:00pm) >> Final Concert for all musicians and dancers before departing for home
