We are now accepting registrations from community and school musicians who are interested in attending Bathurst Uke Fest with the price structure outlined below. The final deadline to register is Sep. 18. Please click on the link below for the Online Registration Form to send your response. All information submitted is kept strictly confidential. Written receipts can be provided upon request during the event before you leave to go home. |
Registration fees for the weekend are as follows:
What's Included: Your registration fees help us cover the costs of: conductor and clinician costs, purchasing and distributing sheet music, nutrition breaks, 2 lunches, rehearsal venue costs, performance venue costs, social events, and prizes.
Important Fee Notes:
- Individual NB Band Association (NBBA) members receive $15 off their Band Fest fee.
- PLUS $5 off their big band dance ticket.
- Attendees belonging to an affiliated NBBA Ensemble can receive $5 off their big band dance ticket. BECOME AN NBBA MEMBER TODAY BY CLICKING HERE.
- $95 - Regular Registration Fee
- $75 - Additional Family Member Regular Registration (please specify in your registration or contact us)
- $65 - Post-Secondary Student (Full, Part-time, or Online)
- FREE - Middle & High School Students - registration is still required

Important Fee Notes:
- Registration fees do NOT cover the cost of meals on your own or accommodations for the weekend.
- Registration fees do NOT include the cost of a souvenir Bathurst Fests tee shirt. Shirts will be available on-site for direct purchase. Cost for a shirt is $25. We will have some different colours this year for returnees who might be wondering.
- The Big Band Dance/Cabaret on Saturday night is age 19+ (under 19 must be accompanied by an adult) and NOT included in the registration fee.
- Tickets for that event will be $25 each and can be added on to your registration or paid at the door while supplies last.
- Phantom Jazz members and other selected players in the band that night do NOT require a ticket.
- You may use the below payment methods to make a separate payment for the dance/cabaret or combine with your weekend registration fee.
We are no longer offering the traditional early registration discounts to every participant. However, we will be offering some cool draws for discounts and other Bathurst Fests prizes to those who are registered early and interact with our upcoming social media posts. There will be a limited number of prizes that will only be available to people attending the 2026 Bathurst Fests weekend. These discount and prizes may not be transferred to someone else or carried forward to another year.

OPERATIONS & CANCELLATION PROCEDURES

- Wearing a face mask when not playing your instrument is not mandatory but, you may do so at your discretion.
- If you are not feeling well, PLEASE STAY HOME!
- You are welcome to physically distance yourself as much as possible during rehearsals at your comfort level.
- Anyone needing to cancel for individual emergencies should contact Jeff MacQuarrie directly by phone 506-547-5298
Option 1: Payment by E-Transfer [PREFERRED]
- Please fill out Bathurst Uke Fest's online registration form here.
- Log in to your personal online banking service using your own username and password.
- Locate the transfers area and select e-Transfer.
- Remember: some banks may charge a small fee for sending e-transfers.
- Add a new recipient. Please send your payment to Bathurst Uke Fest by using this e-mail address [email protected]
- Make sure your name and e-mail address are correct. If they are not, you will need to update your online banking information.
- Select the account, the amount you wish to transfer, and a security question.
- TAKE NOTE! The funds should be accepted automatically, however, if prompted to set a security question, please make sure the answer to your security question is always: bathurstnb (no capital letters, no spaces).
- Click send, review the details, and click confirm.
- You should receive a confirmation e-mail from your bank when the funds are accepted by NB Band Association and the transfer is complete.
