How to Join:
- The band has been formed for the 2025/2026 season. Admission to the band at this point will now be at the discretion of the Conductor and may be subject to an audition.

- Speak to your local band conductor who already knows you.
- They will give you an overview of what to expect.
- Ask them to add your name, instrument, and part suggestion to their recommendation list (Word Doc) / recommendation list (Printable PDF) or online form (preferred) before they send it to us.
- Suggested parts are a guide for the conductor to place people accordingly and share the responsibilities.
- If accepted, you will be contacted via email soon after the deadline to welcome you as a member of the band.
- You will be asked to complete the registration process including your participation fee.
- You will be sent digital music via email to begin preparing for first rehearsal on Saturday November 1, 2025 as well as login details for the members' section of this website.
